Important Update: Home Exterior Paint Guidelines

We want to provide some important information about our community's exterior paint requirements and the approval process through the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) since converting over to HOA EMT, the new management company.

Our community maintains a curated collection of 27 pre-approved color schemes designed to enhance our neighborhood's aesthetic appeal. These schemes specify coordinating colors for all exterior elements: body color, trim, garage door, and front door.

Paint Project Approval Process

1. If selecting from our pre-approved schemes:

   • Choose from the 27 available color combinations

   • Submit the ARC form with your selected scheme for approval

   • Wait for approval before beginning your project

     
     

2. If interested in custom colors:

   • Schedule a virtual consultation with a Sherwin Williams Color Consultant

   • Have them review and approve your color selections

   • Submit both the consultant's approval form AND the ARC form

   • Wait for final ARC approval before proceeding

Color Selection Guidelines

• Body Color: Sets the main tone for your home

• Trim: Provides architectural definition

• Garage Door: Typically matches the trim color or white

• Front Door: Often features a bold accent color to create visual interest (You may choose to coordinate your garage door with your front door color for a cohesive look)

How to Submit Your ARC Request

You have two convenient options for submitting your ARC request:

1. Online Portal (Preferred Method): If you've set up your account in the community portal, you can submit your request electronically and upload all necessary documents and images directly through the system using the 'Requests' option.

   
   

2. Email Submission:

   • Download the electronic ARC form

   • Complete the form and gather any required documentation

   • Email everything to Alex Lorie at Alex@hoaemt.com
