The Southchase 6 Homeowners Association Board has been made aware of a recent incident involving residents of our community that has gained widespread attention. We are deeply saddened, ashamed, and incredibly disappointed by this behavior in our beloved community.

Let us be unequivocally clear: any form of hate or targeting toward individuals based on race, ethnicity, or background is reprehensible and does not represent the character of our 385-home community. Racism has no place in Southchase 6 - not now, not ever.

Anyone who has a family member, friend, or acquaintance in Southchase 6, or who has simply visited, can attest to the fact that we are a diverse, inclusive neighborhood where residents of all backgrounds are welcomed and respected. The actions of a few do not define who we are as a community.

The Southchase 6 Community Association remains committed to upholding the safety and wellbeing of all residents. While the HOA does not have authority over law enforcement actions or the private conduct of individuals, we do have governing legal documents that establish expectations for behavior within our community. We are currently consulting with legal counsel to determine what action may be taken within our authority as an HOA.

We appreciate the residents who have reached out via our website portal to express their concern. Your voices matter, and your commitment to our shared values is what makes Southchase 6 strong. We will continue to advocate for a safe, respectful, and inclusive community for all.
