🎾 Tennis Courts Freshly Resurfaced — Reservations Now Required

We have some exciting news to share with our community — the Southchase 6 tennis court has been professionally resurfaced! After years of wear and weather, the court received a full resurfacing treatment this past September, and the results are stunning. The surface is smooth, the lines are crisp, and the new colors give our court a fresh, vibrant look we can all be proud of. We also have two Pickleball courts painted on both sides of the court. The Pickleball net can be rolled into place as needed.

This was a meaningful investment in one of our neighborhood's most popular amenities, and the HOA board wants to make sure we protect it for years to come.

Reservations Are Now Required

To ensure all residents have fair access to the court and to help us keep track of usage, we are moving to a reservation system. Booking your court time is quick and easy — visit southchase6.com to navigate to the Reserve Amenities page to select your preferred date and time. We encourage all residents to take advantage of this feature and plan ahead, especially on weekends.

If you haven't already registered on our neighborhood website, it's easy to sign up! Visit southchase6.com and use the Sign Up option on the Member log in page to create your account. Once registered and confirmed as a homeowner, you'll be able to make reservations for any of our wonderful amenities and stay up to date on all neighborhood news and events.

A Reminder: No Dogs on the Tennis Court

We know many of you love bringing your four-legged family members to the park, and we love seeing them too! However, dogs are not permitted on the tennis court. This policy protects the new surface from scratches and damage, and helps keep the court clean and enjoyable for everyone. Signage is posted at the court entrance as a reminder.

The HOA board is actively working on plans for a dedicated dog park within the community, so stay tuned for updates on that exciting project!
